Tara Boghosian

Tara is an associate in the criminal practice of Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 2020. She was recognized at graduation for completing more than 2000 hours of pro bono work, including with Harvard’s Prison Legal Assistance Project, Housing Law Clinic, and International Human Rights Clinic. Tara also conducted research for the Criminal Justice Policy Program. Her individual or co-written work has been published by the Yale Journal of Health Policy, Law, and Ethics; OnLabor blog; Law and Political Economy Project; and Oxford Handbook of Economic and Social Rights (forthcoming).
During summers, she worked at the National Center for Law and Economic Justice, the Bronx Defenders, and a workers’ rights firm. Following law school, Tara worked at the same nationally recognized workers’ rights firm in Boston.
Prior to law school, Tara worked for a public health program in Toronto. She received her B.A. in English – Cultural Studies from McGill University in 2016, graduating with multiple honours, including the Shakespeare Gold Medal.
Tara is a member of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association, The Advocates’ Society, and Armenian Bar Association.
