Tammy Pali

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Tammy Pali (she/her/hers) is the Director of Operations. She has over 20 years’ experience in Operational management, leading teams in optimal service delivery and developing workspace strategies to support operational goals in a sustainable, cost effective and efficient manner.  In this role, Tammy is responsible for supporting the partnership and its firm members’ profitability and growth by directing and overseeing space management, physical facilities, Human Resources, Technology, and Office Services.

Prior to joining HHR, Tammy spent over 15 years in the Legal/Financial Services field, overseeing capital leasehold improvements, facilities operations, and office services, most notably part of the leadership team in the relocation of two firms spanning from 130,000 sqft to 300,000 sqft. and facilitated the implementation of hybrid work strategies by establishing technology to support the hybrid work environment.  Prior to that, she has also held office management leadership positions within property management and medical property management companies.

Tammy brings to the firm a demonstrated history of value-added leadership across the fast-paced Fortune 500 financial services landscape. Tammy is a highly motivated professional with proven expertise in high-performance team management. She believes in creating a collaborative atmosphere between staff and senior leadership, aligning business development initiatives and key corporate objectives, including those related to client strategy, marketing management, and process improvement.

She is a member of the International Facilities Management association (IFMA), International Legal Council (ILC), Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and Toronto Law Office Management Association (TLOMA)
