Sigma Khan is a civil litigation associate at Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP.
Prior to joining the firm, Sigma summered and articled in the litigation department of an international law firm in Toronto. Sigma has assisted with matters before all levels of Court in Ontario, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, and private mediations/arbitrations.
Sigma received her Canadian and American Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Windsor, and the University of Detroit Mercy where she completed a judicial extern clerkship with Wayne County’s Third Circuit Court, undertook a directed research project on cybersecurity in the critical infrastructure sectors, authored and presented legal scholarship on artificial intelligence class actions, volunteered as a student attorney at Detroit’s 36th District Court, and competed in the Jessup moot at the advanced international level winning top 10 oral advocate in Canada.
Sigma fiercely believes in empowerment, mentorship, and diversity as a member of Group of Racialized Ontario Women Litigators. Sigma is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association, as well as the Metaverse Bar Association.
