Sarina Nezhadian

ASSOCIATE

Sarina is an associate at Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP, primarily practicing civil litigation with additional focus on criminal and regulatory matters.

 

Previously, Sarina completed her articles at Metrolinx, gaining exposure to diverse practice areas. She subsequently served as Legal Counsel in their litigation group, handling matters including defamation, personal injury, employment, and high-profile construction claims.

 

Drawing on her background in criminal law, Sarina was a summer student under the mentorship of Alan D. Gold and worked as a legal assistant for various sole practitioners, where she assisted in matters before all levels of Court in Ontario.

Sarina graduated cum laude from the Dual JD program at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. During her academic tenure, Sarina participated in the Transnational Law Moot Court Competition and was awarded as a Top Oralist. Additionally, she contributed as a Research Assistant to Professor Senthe in Sports and Entertainment Law. Sarina also authored two articles featured in The Lawyer’s Daily.

 

Before pursuing law, Sarina obtained her Bachelor of Arts (hons) in Political Science from York University. Fluent in Farsi, she is a member of the Iranian Canadian Legal Professionals (ICLP).
