David is a civil litigation associate at Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP and handles all manner of contract, employment, and tort-related disputes.
Before joining Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP in May 2019, David was an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins, where his practice focused on complex commercial litigation and class actions. While there, David also devoted substantial time to pro bono work, particularly criminal-appellate matters.
David received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School in 2016. At Michigan, David was a student attorney in the Criminal Appellate Practice clinic and a senior judge in the Legal Practice Program, advising first-year students on legal research and writing.
Prior to law school, David earned a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Political Science from DePaul University and was selected Most Outstanding Senior by the political science faculty. David grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, and is a member of The Advocates’ Society and the Canadian Bar Association.
