Adam maintains a broad civil litigation practice including employment law, public and administrative law, and commercial disputes. He provides strategic, detail-oriented representation in complex matters, advancing his clients’ interests with precision and purpose.
Adam acts for corporations, employers, and individuals in a wide range of disputes, including wrongful dismissal claims, workplace discrimination matters, regulatory proceedings, and complex commercial conflicts. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Land Tribunal, and his experience encompasses all stages of litigation – from preliminary case assessment and strategy through discovery, trial, and resolution. His analytical approach and tactical focus allow him to distill complex legal issues into practical, actionable solutions.
Prior to joining the firm, Adam practiced at a leading international firm in Toronto. Clients and colleagues value Adam for his persistence, preparedness, and client-centered advocacy. He approaches each case with care, tailoring his strategy to meet the specific needs of those he represents. Dedicated to ongoing professional growth, Adam is committed to providing thoughtful, results-driven representation.
Adam is a member of The Advocates’ Society and the Canadian Bar Association. While articling, he was seconded to a large international corporation. He earned multiple awards in law school, including the Rita Marguerite Houle and Nelligan O’Brien Payne Trial Advocacy Prizes and the Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP Prize in Business Organizations, and his team was recognized for their written advocacy at the 2021 Walker Health Law Moot. Reflecting his commitment to advocacy and access to justice, Adam provides pro bonoconsultations through the Aga Khan Conciliation and Arbitration Board and serves as a volunteer mediator with The Neighbourhood Group.
Adam was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024.
