Maya Pascal is a civil litigation associate at Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP. Maya maintains a broad civil litigation practice representing clients in complex litigation disputes involving banking, fraud, contract matters, and cybersecurity. Maya has represented large corporations and institutional clients before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Provincial Court of British Columbia. Her academic and professional experience spans both the United States and Canada. Before attending law school, Maya earned her undergraduate degree from Oakland University where she competed as a Division I soccer player.
Maya earned her Canadian J.D. from the University of Ottawa, garduating cum laude and on the Dean’s Honours List. She also earned her United States J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude, ranked in the top 13% of her class, and received Dean’s Honours.
Before joining Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP, Maya practised as a litigation associate at a large national firm in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Maya was called to the British Columbia bar in 2024 and the Ontario bar in 2026.
