Zachary Lanys

ASSOCIATE

Zachary is a civil litigation associate at Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP.

Prior to joining Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP, Zachary articled and practiced at the Department of Justice Canada, where he maintained a broad civil litigation practice focused on constitutional and administrative law, class proceedings, and Crown liability.

Since his call to the Bar, Zachary has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Federal Court, and the Federal Court of Appeal.

Zachary earned his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2022. While at law school, he volunteered with the Durham Community Legal Clinic and Law in Action Within Schools. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Political Science from McGill University, graduating with distinction and first-class honours.

Called to the Ontario Bar in 2023.
